« Restaurateur’s son, I was first destined to do my carrier in tourism. In 1998, I went to Ireland in order to improve my English and I fell in love with the country.
This voyage which was to last a few months, but turned into an adventure that allowed me to learn about oyster farming. Thanks to two fortuitous meetings, I trained with these professionals and I was able to share real moments of my oyster passion and know-how. Then I created a brokerage company in order to select the best oysters from Ireland for my French customers, while pursuing my training in oyster farming.
I’m very attached to my origin, catering is at the heart of my profession, I maintain the same rigor and the same requirement to transmit exceptional products.
